MaxMediaPlayer plays video files you already own and provide. It does not download, stream, scrape, or supply any media content or catalog. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play the files you add.
MaxMediaPlayer Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered with a 1-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region.
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data or media.
We may update these terms as the App evolves; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
